This is just a Basic Reference to Numerology. A good in depth study is advisable
But there are some simple ways to extract numbers.


Any number or name can be reduced, example: Reduce 234,567 by adding each number
2+3+4+5+6+7=27 then 2+7=9 .. 9 is the final number

I'll use my Birthdate to give an example of reducing one
Dec 7, 1962---1+2+7+1+9+6+2=28 then 2+8=10 then 1+0=1 ..1 is the final number

Reducing a word: Each letter has a relative number 1-9 as follows:
A,J,S = 1
B,K,T = 2
C,L,U = 3
D,M,V = 4
E,N,W = 5
F,O,X = 6
G,P,Y = 7
H,Q,Z = 8
I,R = 9

General meaning for the numbers are as follows:

#1. Inspiration, new beginnings, determination, ideas, creativity. Also selfishness, pushy, willfulness

#2. Intelligence being channeled, patience, understanding, sharing. Also impatience, stubborness, intolerance.

#3. Expressing emotions through words, communicating, enjoyment, love , friendship. Also energies scattered over reacting, criticizing, not communicating

#4. Buildin things on solid foundations, practical, organized, planning, growth. Also dragging of heals, opposition, creating limitations

#5. A balance of spiritual and material worlds to find the truth. Challenge, change, new thinking, opportunities, spirituality, travel curiosity. Also fearful of changes or failure.

#6. Turns for the better, progress, harmony, upward trends, balance, compassion, concern, care, able to overcom difficulties. Also lack of concern, stubbornness, fixed in beliefs, anxiety

#7. Faith, inner development, spiritual understanding, advantages, discovery, knowledge, wisdom, meditation. Also skepticism, ignorance, doubt, fear, faithlessness

#8. Power from within to accomplish goals, success, capable, strength, faith in one's abilities, determination. Also over emotional, abuse of one's abilities for selfish ends

#9. Completion, doors closing with new ones opening, last stages of a cycle, fulfilled, wisdom, generous, letting go of what was once important. Also loss, emotional up's and downs
